Nepal Men’s Team Advances to Kho-Kho World Cup Semifinals with a Convincing Win Over Bangladesh
Kathmandu – The Nepal men’s team secured their place in the semifinals of the Kho-Kho World Cup after defeating Bangladesh in a dominant performance. In the quarterfinal match held today at the Indira Gandhi Stadium in New Delhi, India, Nepal beat Bangladesh 67–18.
The men’s team advanced to the quarterfinals after finishing second in their group. While Nepal lost their first group-stage match to India, they bounced back with victories against Peru, Brazil, and Bhutan.
Earlier today, the Nepal women’s team also reached the semifinals by defeating Iran. The semifinal matches are scheduled for tomorrow, with the finals set to take place on Sunday.
