Nepal to Play Final Group Stage Matches in Kho-Kho World Cup Today

Kathmandu – Nepal’s men’s and women’s teams will compete in their final group stage matches of the Kho-Kho World Cup today.

In the men’s category, Nepal will face Bhutan in their last group stage match. The game, taking place in New Delhi, India, is scheduled to begin at 9:00 AM Nepal time. Nepal’s men’s team secured a dominant victory yesterday, defeating Brazil 134–8. In their previous matches, Nepal defeated Peru but lost to India in their opening game.

Similarly, in the women’s category, Nepal will take on Bangladesh in their final group stage match. The game is set to start at 4:15 PM this evening. Nepal’s women’s team remains unbeaten in the tournament so far. Yesterday, they defeated Sri Lanka with a convincing score of 110–10. In their earlier matches, Nepal outclassed Bhutan in their opening game and secured another victory against Germany.

The tournament features both men’s and women’s teams divided into four groups. The top two teams from each group will advance to the quarterfinals, which are scheduled for tomorrow. The grand final for both categories will be held on Sunday.
