Urjan Shrestha Appointed Head Coach of Nepal U-19 Men’s Team
Kathmandu – The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has appointed Urjan Shrestha as the head coach of Nepal’s U-19 men’s team.
Shrestha will lead the team in the upcoming SAFF U-19 Championship, scheduled to take place in India next month.
Shrestha’s Previous Experience
- He previously coached Nepal’s U-20 team during the SAFF U-20 Championship held in Nepal.
- Under his guidance, Nepal reached the final but lost 4-1 to Bangladesh.
SAFF U-19 Championship 2082
- The tournament will be held in Arunachal Pradesh, India from Baisakh 26 to Jestha 4 (April-May 2025).
- Match schedule has already been announced.
- All matches will take place at the Golden Jubilee Stadium, Yupia.
