Sunar and Nepali Recognized in the United States for Sporting Excellence and Community Impact

  • New York, August 27, 2025 – Dinesh Sunar, a Guinness World Record–holding parkour and gymnastics athlete, and Sanjiv Nepali, an International Taekwondo player, referee, and coach, were officially recognized in the United States for their exceptional contributions to sports, health, and community leadership.

    Mr. Sunar, honored as an American Parkour Ambassador, continues to build a lasting impact in the U.S. through his record-breaking achievements, public recognition, and leadership in the fitness and sports community.     Mr. Nepali, actively engaged in the Taekwondo field, contributes through teaching, seminars, and community showcases.     Today’s event was further elevated by the presence of Chief Guest Jenifer Rajkumar, New York State Assemblywoman, along with police officers, army officers, distinguished leaders, and volunteers.
